The ATMAAC Customer Service program works directly with you to identify existing
security classified roles which are in fact a customer service rather than a security
function. Where these changes have been applied our customers have seen a return
of up to 25% on their security investment and significantly increased their customer
service presence and image.
Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) undertake a site and customer dedicated training
program relevant and specific to the environment which they are to be deployed.
Unlike security personnel our CSOs primary function is customer service along with
a career development program consistent with your requirements.
