With more than 20 years experience in the security industry – including the military and business at the highest levels – ATMAAC International CEO Brian Kelly knows what it takes to ensure that you and your organization achieve peace of mind.
Brian enlisted in the Australian Army in 1985 and served with the Australian Paratroopers and Special Forces units on operations in South East Asia and Europe. He also served with the Royal Marines in the United Kingdom and was an instructor with the SAS at the International Special Forces School in Germany.
Brian left the army after 15 years loyal service to establish Corporate Public Relations Security (CPR), a manpower security start-up company and a division of the Barrington Group.
CPR was an immediate success. Within four years, it had established 130 contracts and a turnover approaching $15 million. This made it the largest Australian private company offering crowd control services in the gaming industry.
After four years as a Director of CPR, Brian then branched out to establish ATMAAC International as a full-service corporate services company supporting client organizations in security, facilities management, security risk solutions and training.
Brian is a revered peak performance consultant, facilitator and keynote speaker at prestigious events such as the Australasian Gaming Expo and the Clubs Buyers Group Annual Conference.
His corporate presentations are in high demand. He has a wealth of experience in elite coaching and also developing young people. His application to ‘Achieving the Mission At All Costs’ in any industry offers a unique perspective on business development and its implementation in the corporate world.
Brian has also written articles for a range of prestigious publications.
As a businessman and former Special Forces Commander, Brian has learnt that the military environment is just a violent form of business and that the military ability to survive and succeed can be transferred to the shifting corporate landscape.
